Jennifer Sosa

Jennifer is an associate focusing on complex litigation. She represents consumers, financial institutions, and government entities in complex antitrust, securities, employment, consumer and data breach litigation. Jennifer has also advised clients on a variety of technology and data related matters including preserving and collecting client data, overseeing document collection and production, providing discovery counseling and negotiations and supervising teams of lawyers, information technology professionals, and third-party vendors from around the country.

Prior to joining Sterlington, Jennifer was a senior counsel at Milberg LLP. She also worked as a director for an international legal services company where she advised clients on issues relating to privacy and information governance. She has worked with multinational organizations on how to assess and mitigate the risks associated with the collection, use and disclosure of personal information and assisted with the development of comprehensive privacy programs to address the requirements of constantly evolving regulatory schemes in the United States and abroad.

Jennifer holds a BS cum laude in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University and a JD from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
