Cody Witmer
AssociateCody Witmer is an associate in Sterlington’s private wealth practice, focusing on individual and family wealth planning, including estate and gift tax and generation-skipping transfer tax minimization, business succession and pre-liquidity planning, and philanthropic planning. Before joining Sterlington, Cody was an associate in the Private Client group at Morgan Lewis.
Cody holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and a B.S., magna cum laude, from Drexel University. He also received the Carolyn Agger Award for Excellence in Federal Taxation and the Professor Louis Del Duca Memorial Award.
