Audry Casusol

Partner, Executive Compensation
Audry Casusol is a partner in Sterlington’s Executive Compensation practice. She advises founders, CEOs, senior executives, companies and boards on executive compensation, employee benefits, and corporate governance matters in the context of complex transactions and/or ongoing extraordinary advisory work.

Prior to joining Sterlington, Audry was a partner at Cleary Gottlieb, where she was global co-head of the Executive Compensation, Employee Benefits & ERISA practice. Previously, she was a partner at Sidley Austin and Greenberg Traurig. She began her legal career as an associate at Cravath.

Audry’s practice includes counseling clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, spinoffs, restructurings, and other strategic corporate transactions. She also regularly advises boards of directors, compensation committees, management teams, and executives on the design, structuring, and legal analysis of compensation arrangements, as well as related tax, employment, securities, and disclosure issues. Finally, Audry serves as trusted first-call counsel to boards of directors, compensation committees and management navigating sensitive, time-critical executive matters that demand discretion and strategic judgment.

Audry has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Employee Benefits for New York. She received her J.D. and LL.M., cum laude, from Duke University School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from North Carolina State University.
