Jing Zhang
AssociateJing is an associate focusing on corporate transactions and general corporate matters. Jing was an associate at Clifford Chance in their Corporate/M&A and Private Equity practices, where she represented multinational corporations, private enterprises, private equity firms, and venture capital funds in M&A, private equity/venture capital investments, and greenfield investments across various industry sectors.
Jing holds an LL.M. with honors from Stanford Law School, and a M.A. in law from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She also holds an LL.B. summa cum laude from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
