Lane Clarke

Associate, Litigation
Lane Clarke is an associate in Sterlington’s Litigation practice, where she supports complex legal matters for executives, founders, and businesses across the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution work.

Prior to joining the firm, Lane spent four years as a prosecutor in the FCPA Unit at the Department of Justice's Criminal Division, where she prosecuted complex international bribery and money laundering cases against publicly traded and privately held companies, board members and executives, and high-level foreign government officials. Her investigations spanned the globe and involved extensive interactions and negotiations with multiple domestic authorities, including the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the Internal Revenue Service, as well as prosecutorial and regulatory authorities abroad, including Brazil, Colombia, and the United Kingdom. Lane has handled matters in multiple US Attorney’s offices across the country, including SDNY, EDVA, EDVA, and SDFL.

Lane holds a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA from Virginia Tech.
