Ann Jernow is an attorney with over 20 years of legal experience, focusing on the litigation of high-stakes complex commercial cases across state and federal courts. Ann has a strong focus and expertise in contract, intellectual property, and real estate disputes. Prior to joining Sterlington as Of Counsel, she practiced at several law firms including Quinn Emanuel and Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, where she served as partner. Ann earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was a Staff Editor of the Environmental Law Journal, and an A.B. in English from Duke University.
