Mary Messihi

Mary Messihi is a partner and Sterlington's Head of Legal Outsourcing, focused on client relationships and overseeing the legal review process. She leads a dynamic team concentrated on delivering the highest quality, reliable, and fast end-to-end contract management solutions to clients. Mary is also an experienced trusts and estates attorney and is Head of Sterlington’s Family Office & Trusts & Estates Practice. After first practicing in law firm settings, Mary spent 15 years leading a multi-billion-dollar single-family office serving more than 200 family members across six generations of ownership of one of the largest and oldest family-owned companies in the United States. Mary earned her LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law and her J.D. as a Dean's Merit Scholar from Brooklyn Law School during which time she clerked in both New York and New Jersey.
