Jane Scott

Jane Scott is a corporate attorney focusing on commercial transactions, contracts, and a diverse range of legal disciplines including privacy law, software licensing, computer law, corporate law, and intellectual property. Jane began her career as an attorney for Unisys, a global technology solutions company. She then worked for a midsize law firm for nearly eight years before establishing her own boutique firm for nearly 15 years. Jane holds an MBA in Law from Fox School of Business at Temple University and a J.D. from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law.
