Don Klawiter is a partner at Sterlington, with a career spanning over 45 years in the field of antitrust law. Don’s expertise is in antitrust litigation, investigations, compliance, and counseling, with an emphasis on international cartel investigation. Throughout his long career, Don has defended corporations and senior corporate executives across six continents in investigations and prosecutions by enforcement agencies in the U.S. and throughout the world. Prior to joining Sterlington, Don was a partner at Morgan Lewis, Mayer Brown, and Sheppard Mullin. He also served as an antitrust prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice and Chief of the Dallas Office. Don has served as the Chair of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law and regularly speaks at and organizes antitrust programs and conferences worldwide. Don holds a J.D., B.A., and M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
