Don is a partner at Sterlington with more than 45 years of experience in antitrust law. Don’s practice focuses on antitrust litigation, investigations, compliance, and counseling, with an emphasis on international cartel investigation. He has defended corporations and senior corporate executives from six continents in investigations and prosecutions by enforcement agencies in the US and throughout the world. Prior to joining Sterlington, Don was a partner at esteemed firms Sheppard Mullin, Mayer Brown, and Morgan Lewis. He was previously an antitrust prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice and Chief of the Dallas Office. He has also served as the Chair of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law and is a regular speaker and organizer of antitrust programs and conferences around the world. Don holds a JD, BA, and MA from the University of Pennsylvania.
