Courtney Rockett serves as lead strategy counsel for entertainment, media, and sports clients on their most business-critical and sensitive matters. Courtney created and built a powerhouse entertainment practice at Boies Schiller Flexner, representing clients on some of the most significant matters in the music, film, and television industries. She has advised on disputes ranging from joint ventures and catalog rights, to royalty structures and strategic licensing, often resolving matters through confidential negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations that preserved client relationships and business value.​
