Teresa “Teri” F. Santos is a partner and Head of Sterlington’s Outsourced General Counsel Services group. Teri has served as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of both NASDAQ-listed and private equity-owned companies. Teri began her career as an associate attorney at Reed Smith before becoming in-house counsel. Her practice areas include corporate, employment, and data privacy. Her clients include e-commerce merchants, advertising technology companies, publishers, mobile app developers, digital marketing and advertising firms, SaaS developers and service providers, financial technology companies, and content website providers. Teri holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, an M.S. in Business Administration and Management from Emmanuel College, and a B.A. from Tufts University.
