With backgrounds spanning people, business operations, marketing and communications, and firm management, they ensure the firm operates seamlessly and strategically.
Working alongside our lawyers, the team applies commercial judgment, operational rigor, and a deep understanding of professional services environments. Their focus is not only on efficiency and execution, but on enabling sustainable growth, exceptional client service, and a strong firm culture.

Has over 20 years’ experience in international business development, having held senior roles at HSBC working with C‑suite leaders at multinational organizations. Led sales development for large UK teams and is a former UK Chartered Financial Adviser.
