Kelvin Ong

Kelvin leads Sterlington’s Business Operations teams, focusing on delivering professional services seamlessly and at scale. He draws on his experience across consulting, technology services, and startups to drive tech enablement, designing and implementing AI solutions improve efficiency and solve complex operational challenges. 

Before joining Sterlington, Kelvin served as Chief of Staff and Head of Operations at Microverse, a Silicon Valley-based, Y-Combinator tech startup backed by Tier-1 VC advisors behind companies like Airbnb and Spotify. Prior to that, he built up the operations function and led strategic planning at Typeform, a marketing technology startup, towards closing a $135 million Series C round. He also led operational excellence efforts in global workforce management, workforce utilization, and purchase-to-pay at GFT Technologies, an IT Services consulting firm. 

Kelvin started his career as an operations specialist in the Singapore Army’s Bomb Disposal unit. Since then, he has developed deep expertise and leadership at rapidly growing companies. He is also certified in Agile product development and organizational scaling methodologies.
