Becky Pratt

Becky Pratt leads Sterlington’s HR and Talent Acquisition teams as Head of People. She is a strategic HR professional with more than 15 years of experience implementing HR program and policy change, supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and coaching leaders at all levels. 

Becky has built her career supporting U.S. and international organizations across multiple stages of growth. Her core focus is cultivating strong company cultures and ensuring People processes work as a cohesive system. Before joining Sterlington, Becky held People leadership roles spanning large, complex organizations and fast-growth environments, including The Boeing Company, AT&T/DIRECTV, Nordstrom, and Chef.  

Becky holds an M.A. in Human Resources and Labor Relations and a B.A. in Psychology. She has volunteered as a board member with Community Health Centers of Snohomish County and has served as a mentor to emerging HR professionals through Lattice and The Personio Foundation.
