Dave Brichler

Dave Brichler is a senior paralegal in Sterlington’s Corporate practice. He has extensive experience drafting entertainment agreements related to music, film, publishing, and other creative ventures, having worked with top flight artist management, music publishing, and record companies for more than thirty years. He has broad experience in copyright registrations, recordations, assignments, and copyright research.

Dave has been involved in numerous mergers, acquisitions, and licensing matters within the alcoholic beverage industry and is experienced with the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau and federal and state licensing, permitting, and compliance procedures. He also has experience with state filings of business entity formations, foreign qualifications, amendments and mergers, UCC lien searches and filings, EIN applications, CCV’s, and general corporate governance.

Before joining Sterlington Dave practiced as a senior paralegal at Reed Smith, Foley and Wilson Elser. Dave holds a Bachelor of Journalism in Broadcasting from the University of Texas at Austin where he also earned his Paralegal Certification.
