Rezart Spahia

Rezart Spahia is a senior corporate attorney with extensive experience in securities law matters and corporate transactions. Prior to Sterlington, Rezart practiced for nine years at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in its New York and London offices, before founding Frost & Fire Consulting, a consulting firm focusing on a wide range of corporate matters. Rezart earned his J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School, where he was a member of the Cornelius Honor Society.

He also holds an LLM with honors from New York University School of Law, where he served as the Graduate Editor of the NYU Journal of International Law and Politics, and a B.A. in History and Geography from the University of Tirana, where he was recognized as the valedictorian of his undergraduate class. He also worked on a PhD at Texas A&M, where he served as a Research Associate and Visiting Scholar for Nautical Archaeology. Rezart is a Board Member for The Martin and Mirash Ivanaj Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the promotion of education and knowledge for Albanian youth.
