Odysseas G. Repousis

Partner, Litigation and Arbitration
Dr. Odysseas G. Repousis is a partner in Sterlington’s Litigation and Arbitration practices. A seasoned commercial litigator and arbitration expert, Ody has represented shareholders, institutional investors, governments, and multinational corporations in some of the most significant business disputes and transactions of recent years. Before joining Sterlington, Ody practiced at Quinn Emanuel for a decade, where he handled matters across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Ody’s practice spans a broad range of commercial disputes, including special situations and shareholder disputes, complex financial matters, cross-border disputes, and claims involving state parties and sovereigns. He has achieved significant victories and secured favorable settlements across industries including telecommunications, energy, infrastructure and mining, financial services, shipping and transportation, pharmaceuticals, and technology-driven sectors.

Ody is consistently recognized as a leading practitioner, with Who’s Who Legal ranking him as a “Thought Leader Global Elite” in arbitration and commercial litigation. He is also the recipient of the Lexology Client Choice Award and is recognized by Legal 500, Euromoney, and Financier Worldwide. He holds a Ph.D. in arbitration and investment law, and advanced law degrees from Harvard Law School and the University of Hong Kong. He is admitted to practice in New York and England and Wales, and various federal courts across the United States.
