Niki Kopsidas

Niki Kopsidas is the Chief Talent Officer and a member of Sterlington’s management committee. With over 20 years of Am Law 100 talent management experience, Niki focuses on driving innovative recruitment, integration, DEI, and talent initiatives. Prior to joining Sterlington, Niki served as Global Head of Partner Integration at Hogan Lovells, one of largest law firms in the world. Prior to that role, she served as its Director of Lateral Partner Recruitment and Integration for the Americas. Niki also led recruitment and hiring efforts at Blank Rome, Fried Frank, and Sidley Austin. She has been published several times in The New York Law Journal regarding CQ and EI competencies in the legal recruiting field, as well as networking to create opportunities. She is also an active public speaker on matters related to hiring, career development, and business development. She is highly involved in multiple charitable organizations such as elementary school reading programs, sustainable food and agriculture centers, and senior meal services. Niki earned her B.A. in Journalism-Public Relations from the University of Maryland.
