Lee Darrington

Lee is an Operations Manager with over 20 years of experience. Before joining Sterlington, she was the Operations Director and member of the Leadership Team at Castletown Law, a digital energy and infrastructure law firm. Lee has also held Compliance or Senior Operational roles at Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank and HSBC, together with other private companies, in Edinburgh, London, Sydney, and Dubai. Lee has an extensive background in operational management, financial services and ecommerce, working with private companies from start-ups to global enterprises, in developing commercial opportunities and people. Lee recently completed the MBA Essentials course at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
