Prior to joining the firm, she worked for a crowdlending platform as a fintech legal advisor, helping startups with electronic money transmission, remittances, lending, payments processing, lending, money exchange, NFTs and crypto assets. Jacqueline has law firm experience in M&A, capital markets and financial regulation. Jaqueline holds an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and an LLB from the National University of San Marcos, Peru.
