Emma Goyenola

Emma is an associate with the firm. She specializes in corporate, finance, and business transactions, and commercial contracts. She has experience advising clients in a variety of industries including crypto, logistics, oil and gas, steel and automotive, trading, shipping and transport, consumer goods and beverages, and pharmaceutical industries on strategic commercial alliances, investment projects, purchase, and sale agreements, and blockchain, digital assets, and cryptocurrency-related legal and business issues. Prior to joining Sterlington, she worked as an associate at a mid-sized law firm, and as an assistant professor of Procedural Law and Litigation at the University of Montevideo Law School. She holds a degree in law from the University of Montevideo and a postgraduate degree in law from Universidad Austral of Argentina.
