David Hartman is a senior investment management and regulatory specialist, with extensive experience navigating complex regulatory and investment matters. With nearly two decades of experience as General/Lead Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and VP of General Motors Asset Management, David oversaw nearly $80 billion of AUM. David’s expertise spans providing legal and consulting services in asset management, pensions, and financial services. David earned a J.D. from UCLA School of Law, and a B.A. in History from Colgate University where he graduated magna cum laude with high honors.
