Damon Assem is a special counsel with extensive experience in contract negotiation including MSAs, Sales Contracts, NDAs, and DPAs. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a spectrum of Fortune 500 companies, primarily in information technology and SAAS platforms. Damon holds a BS in Biological Engineering and a JD from the University of Arkansas.
