NEW YORK — October 31, 2025 — Sterlington advised Jason Siegel, Managing Partner of Anchorage Capital Advisors’ commodities investment business, as the business becomes Moorstone, L.P.

Formerly operating as Anchorage Structured Commodities Advisor, L.P., the business will begin operating as an independent Registered Investment Advisor in the first quarter of 2026 with a focus on essential raw materials and natural resources. Siegel, who established and has overseen Anchorage’s commodities business since its inception, will lead Moorstone as Managing Partner.

The work reflects Sterlington’s ongoing representation of management teams in complex corporate matters. The team included partners Jeremy L. Goldstein, Christopher S. Harrison, and Robert Kantowitz; counsel Yvette Teofan; and associate Jing Zhang.
