Sterlington PLLC is pleased to announce the expansion of its practice with the addition of Teresa “Teri” F. Santos as a partner and head of its general counsel services practice.

New York – Premier virtual law firm Sterlington PLLC is pleased to announce the expansion of its practice with the addition of Teresa “Teri” F. Santos as a partner and head of its general counsel services practice.

Teresa’s practice focuses on providing outsourced general counsel services to companies, supporting their businesses with ongoing legal review and advice including commercial contracts, employment law matters, risk, and data privacy. Based in New York City, her clients include digital media, e-commerce merchants, advertising technology companies, publishers, mobile app developers, online marketing firms, agencies, traditional advertising and creative agencies, SaaS developers and service providers, financial technology companies, and content website providers.

Prior to joining Sterlington, Teresa spent time in private legal practice and previously served as the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer of both publicly traded and privately held companies including companies listed on the NASDAQ as well as private equity-owned companies. Teresa began her career as an associate attorney at Reed Smith before becoming in-house counsel.
