Sterlington PLLC today announces further expansion of its team with the appointment of Don Klawiter and Jennifer Driscoll.

New York – Premier virtual law firm Sterlington PLLC today announces further expansion of its team with the appointment of Don Klawiter and Jennifer Driscoll.

Don and Jen will focus on providing services to clients needing expertise in antitrust, internal investigations, and litigation.

Sterlington’s Founder Partner Christopher S. Prior to joining Sterlington, Don and Jen defended multinational corporations and senior executives in international cartel matters, including the auto parts investigation in Japan. More recently, they have handled False Claims Act and internal investigations across multiple industries, including pharmaceutical and medical devices. Don, who was formerly Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law, is considered “the dean of antitrust and cartel defense in DC” by Who’s Who Legal—Competition. Don is also listed in Best Lawyers for Antitrust and Antitrust Litigation. Jen has been recognized by the Legal 500 for superior expertise in defending corporations and senior executives in criminal investigations conducted by government agencies as well as merger work.

Don attended the University of Pennsylvania for his bachelor’s, master’s, and law degrees. Jen was educated at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Cornell University where she received a master’s degree in Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Science.
