The Role:

Due to continued growth across our partner group, we are seeking a 2022/2023 Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated disputes with a focus on business litigation, shareholder disputes, and executive compensation matters. The successful candidate will work alongside high-profile partners whilst taking on meaningful responsibility in complex litigation matters.

 

We are flexible on location in the US as we offer remote working.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting active discovery processes
  • Drafting responses to document requests
  • Preparing depositions and drafting motions
  • Research projects
  • Assisting with document review processes

 

Requirements:

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
  • 2+ years of solid litigation experience post law school
  • Experience at a structured litigation team (mid-tier or larger law firm background)
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Ability to work independently whilst being comfortable with hands-on work
  • Strong interest in business disputes and commercial litigation
