Yan Yuan
Partner, CorporatePrior to joining Sterlington, Yan served as a partner at Ashurst, where he led private capital and cross-border practices, and as counsel at Clifford Chance, where he played a key role in advising clients on intricate M&A transactions and investment and capital raising activities. His background at these leading international law firms has provided him with a deep understanding of the legal intricacies involved in significant cross-border corporate dealings.
