Sterlington PLLC announced the further expansion of its team with the appointment of Don Klawiter.
Don will focus on providing services to clients needing expertise in antitrust, internal investigations, and litigation.

Prior to joining Sterlington, Don defended multinational corporations and senior executives in international cartel matters, including the auto parts investigation in Japan. More recently, he has handled False Claims Act and internal investigations across multiple industries, including pharmaceutical and medical devices. Don, who was formerly Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law, is considered “the dean of antitrust and cartel defense in DC” by Who’s Who Legal—Competition (now Lexology Index). He is also listed in Best Lawyers for Antitrust and Antitrust Litigation.

Don attended the University of Pennsylvania for his bachelor’s, master’s, and law degrees.
