NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Sterlington is ranked third among law firms advising US targets and sellers in private equity M&A exit transactions, as well as 6th in the equivalent global rankings, in Mergermarket’s FY2025 league tables. This is up from 8th in the US and 24th globally for 2024.
