Vitaly Kravchenko

Vitaly Kravchenko is an associate specializing in transactional and contract matters. Prior to joining Sterlington, he worked as a legal advisor at PSP Investments, one of Canada’s largest pension investment managers. Vitaly has extensive experience in handling cross-border M&A transactions, international business transactions and commercial contracts. He also managed several cases in international commercial arbitration. Vitaly obtained his LLM from the University of San Diego School of Law and his law degree from Moldova State University.
