Prashant Warankar

Prashant Warankar is the Chief Technology & Information Security Officer. He is a member of Sterlington’s management committee and focused on the efficient application of technology to legal practice. He has twenty years of broad cross-domain experience leading IT strategy, business transformation, and technology and organizational changes for both start-up and commercial companies. Prior to joining Sterlington, Prashant worked as Chief Manager of Technology Infrastructure at a global asset manager, Nippon Life Asset Management. He has also held several lead roles at large digital firms such as TATA Communications, HP, and Lumen 21. Prashant’s certifications include Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Associate, Project Management Professional, and Certified Information Security Manager. He earned his B.Sc. in Computer Science and his MBA in Information Technology & Systems Management.
