Jude Ogene

Jude Ogene is Of Counsel, with a specialization in crypto and transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm, he trained as an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell, was a partner at a mid-size firm in Washington, DC, and has served as GC of the complex portfolio companies of a PE fund. He provides regular regulatory, structure and transactional support for blockchain and crypto companies. He has a certificate from the University of Oxford in the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme, and a JD/MBA from Georgetown University.
