Grace Tuyiringire


Grace is an associate at Sterlington focusing on Intellectual Property matters. She has experience representing pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients in complex patent infringement cases, including cases under Hatch Waxman and the BPCIA. Grace has also litigated in numerous Federal District Courts, the Federal Circuit, the ITC and the PTAB. Prior to joining Sterlington, Grace was an associate at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein, and Fox, and at Irell and Manella, having served on the diversity committee and the hiring committee. Previously, she was a scientist at Eli Lilly and Company. Grace earned her J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School and a B.S. in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
