A well-established and growing international law firm is looking for a Corporate and M&A Attorney to join a growing practice.

The Role:
Working with the Corporate/M&A partners you will ideally have 3-5 years of transactional corporate experience.
Sterlington’s partners come from Big Law and other well-recognized firms. You will work in an ambitious, agile, and high-performing team that is committed to delivering excellent results and associate development. The role suits an individual with Big Law or AmLaw 50 Firm experience who is looking for more hands-on experience while working in a purely remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and negotiation of merger and acquisition agreements, including due diligence and closing documents
- Review and analyze corporate and financial documents
- Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory developments to provide expert advice to clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys to develop and implement strategic plans for clients
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- A law degree and active bar admission are required
- Possesses around 3-5 years of experience in corporate law. at an AmLaw 50 Firm
