He has served on executive and country level leadership committees, contributing to organizational development with a strong focus on leadership, accountability, and preventive control cultures. His work emphasizes building efficient, transparent processes and strengthening governance frameworks to support sustainable growth. 

Carlos combines deep financial expertise with strong technological capability, including the implementation and advanced use of ERP and business intelligence platforms. He has also led the adoption of AI driven solutions to improve data quality, automate processes, and generate actionable insights, enabling more informed and efficient decision making.
