Claire Brynteson

Claire leads the administrative support roles, including the Executive Assistant team, proofreaders, and other business support roles.  She focusses on the strategy for continued growth and development of the legal administration function, enhancing service delivery. Claire is also responsible for developing efficient and modern processes for administrative support, ensuring resources are well-utilized, and serving as a point of escalation for complex Partner needs. 

Claire began her career in Equity Capital Markets at Goldman Sachs International before founding and growing her own executive support business serving HNWIs and corporate clients. After selling a majority stake in 2015, she joined Bain & Company in London where she transformed and led the EA program and was responsible for a team of 46 Executive Assistants, delivering a white glove service to Partners. Claire then worked at Baringa Partners, a fast-growing management consulting firm, where she built the EA function from the ground up. The role evolved into the Global Head of Business Services responsible for a large international team of EAs, plus all of the estate & workplace management for multiple new locations across Europe, Asia, Australia & the US.
